Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance to the program start date. Airport transfer is available at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment. Also, we offer free rides from the airport to campus, and you can confirm an airport transfer service with this form.

All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for Utah.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?

You can arrange private airport transportation and accommodation. Please contact us at studentservices@utahglobal.org if you are arriving before the move-in date and would like to book our airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
